Looking for a tasty and super healthy protein shake? Here’s the a recipe for those of you who like cinnamon, banana and/or vanilla!
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 tsp Flax Oil
1 Scoop of Raw Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
Sometimes all you need is a little inspiration to kickstart getting into shape. Fitness inspiration or “fitspiration” is important for any woman who is working toward becoming fit or maintaining a fit body. Fitspiration includes quotes, pictures, workout information, recipes, meal plans, etc.

Another great place to find fitspiration is Pinterest. Type keywords like “fitspiration,” “working out,” “get in shape,” etc and you’ll find tons of inspiring images.
The more you exposure yourself to a healthy lifestyle, the more likely you’ll be to achieve a healthy/fit lifestyle. And remember, you need to act upon inspiration. The sooner you act, the happier you will be 🙂
The jungle gym workout is based on working out with your body weight. All you do is throw the strap over something like a playground bar or tree. Below is an example of one of the exercises you can do for glutes.
You can workout almost every body part. I never thought it would be possible to do as many strength training exercises with the Jungle Gym. I’ve done the outdoor workout 3 times and have been able to work back, chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders, abs, glutes, hamstrings and quads. We’re gonna start documenting our workouts and I’ll share them as we go along 🙂
